Is my luggage safe with Luggage Storage Kashmir?

Absolutely. We prioritize the security of your belongings. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security measures to ensure the safety of your items during their stay with us. You will be also provided with a unique identification code which will obsolete the chance of exchange of bags.

What types of luggage do you accept?

We accept a wide range of luggage, including suitcases, backpacks, and other travel bags. Additionally, we can accommodate larger items such as sports equipment or strollers even bikes. Please contact us for specific inquiries.

Can I store my luggage for an extended period?

Yes, we offer both short-term and long-term storage options. Whether you need to store your luggage for a day or several days, we can accommodate your needs.

What happens if I am late to pick up my luggage?

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your situation.

Can I keep anything in my bag?

  • We scan every bag with metal detector and do not allow firearms or illegal substance as per law.
  • If someone found with it will be reported immediately to law enforcement departments.

Is there a size or weight limit.

Anything which can be easily handled by a single person.

How does the luggage storage process work?

Simply drop off your luggage at one of our designated storage locations, and we’ll take care of it for you. When you’re ready, come back to pick up your belongings.

What are your operating hours?

Our storage facilities are designed to accommodate the needs of travelers. Typically, we operate during standard business hours 9am to 6pm ( Oct to March) & 9am to 7pm (April to Sept).

Can I make a reservation in advance?

Yes, you can. We encourage customers to make reservations in advance through our online platform to secure space for their luggage. This ensures a smooth and efficient experience upon arrival.

How do I pay for your services?

Payment can be made online through our secure platform during the reservation process. We accept various payment methods such as UPI, bank transfer or cash to provide convenience to our customers.

Do you provide insurance for stored items?

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings, we recommend checking with your travel insurance provider for coverage. We do not provide insurance for stored items.

Are your facilities wheelchair accessible?

We strive to make our facilities accessible to everyone. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility requirements, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

What will it cost me?

Cost will differ from Size of the Luggage to weight of it, please check our price description for clarity.

What if I want to change the number of Items or dates?

Any changes in booking before 24 hour of starting the booked slot are most welcome without any charges.
